Who this covers

This policy applies to the Rollup application distributed through the monday.com marketplace by Rollup Apps (“we”, “us”). If you contact us by email, it also covers that correspondence.

Rollup Apps is a trading name of Brandon Mahon, sole proprietor, South Carolina, United States, who is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.

What the app does with your data

Rollup is a client-side application. It is delivered to your browser as static files and runs inside monday.com’s application frame. When you open a Rollup view, it queries the monday.com API from your browser, using your own monday.com session, and calculates totals in your browser’s memory.

• We do not receive your board data. It travels between your browser and monday.com. It does not pass through any server we operate.
• We do not store your board data. Calculated totals exist only while the view is open and are discarded when you close or reload it.
• We hold no credentials. The app has no API token of its own. It can only read what your monday.com account already permits you to read.
• We run no analytics or tracking. There are no third-party scripts, no cookies set by us, no advertising identifiers, and no fingerprinting.

View settings

If you configure a view — choosing a column, an aggregation, or a grouping — that configuration is saved through monday.com’s own storage API. It stays within your monday.com account under monday.com’s data handling, and we cannot read it outside the context of your own session.

Hosting

The application’s static files are hosted on monday.com’s content delivery network. Requests for those files are handled by monday.com, whose privacy practices are described in their own policy. This website is served by Cloudflare.

Email

If you email us for support, we receive your address and whatever you choose to include. We use it only to answer you, we do not add you to any mailing list, and we do not sell or share it. Support email is delivered through Cloudflare Email Routing.

Please do not send confidential business data to support. If reproducing an issue needs details about your board, we will ask for the minimum required — usually column types, never their contents.

Your rights

Because we hold no personal data beyond support correspondence, there is generally nothing for us to export or erase. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to support@getrollupapps.com and we will delete it.

Data held inside monday.com is controlled by you and by monday.com. Requests about that data should go to monday.com or your account administrator.

Children

Rollup is a workplace tool sold to businesses and is not directed at children under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the updated date above will change and the revised policy will be published here before the change takes effect.
